Internal call for projects to bottlenecks relief
To ensure rapid support, applications in the bottlenecks relief category are accepted throughout the year for a maximum amount of 30K euros. Applications are open to all team leaders and researchers with the agreement of their head.
This call aims to support, upstream, ambitious projects that are not yet sufficiently mature to obtain funding.

Regulation of the blood and bone marrow immune landscape in MDS/ AML patients with germline DDX41 mutations
DDX41 encodes for a cytosolic viral DNA sensor, involved in the IFN-I response to infection. Intriguingly, germline mutations in the DDX41 gene were associated with impaired hematopoiesis, cytopenia, with a risk to develop MDS/AML.
