Department activities
The department is reference medical biology laboratory for the phenotypic and molecular diagnosis of myeloid malignancies and a referral laboratory of the diagnosis of VEXAS syndrome.
Multiparametric flow cytometry and next generation sequencing are used.
Our clinical research
The department has developed translational research on myeloid malignancies during health care and clinical trials based on multi-omics associating (epi)genomics (methyome), transcriptomics, proteomics.
The team is analyzing the immune ladscape of myeloid malignancies by flow cytometry and mass cytometry within the i4MDS consortium and contributes to the molecular profiling of VEXAS syndrome with the FRENVEX group.
