Accueil First leukemia research center in France Functional Flow Cytometry platform (RAINBOW)Functional Flow Cytometry platform (RAINBOW)
...Raphael Itzykson
Platform manager
The functional cytometry platform relies on conventional and high-throughput cytometry coupled with robotized liquid dispensing to apply flow-based functional biomarkers to primary patient samples, or other cell suspensions.
Our assay portfolio currently include:
- Ex vivo drug screening in pseudo-niche condition using the NEXT method,
- MultiDrugResistance phenotyping,
- Metabolic profiling (SCENITH),
- Apoptotic dependencies (BH3 profiling, MACSscore)
- and cell fates (cycle, differentiation, leukemic stem state, apoptosis, ferroptosis, senescence).
Services offered
Functional tests, including pharmacological screening of a few dozen drugs or combinations, applied prospectively (including intra-patient longitudinal studies) on primary samples as part of a clinical trial (eligibility, stratification, correlative biology, pharmacodynamics).
Academic or industrial partnerships (services available).
Access to primary samples at diagnosis or in relapse, with clinical (previous treatments) and genetic annotations.
Screening of a few dozen drugs or combinations in pseudo-niche conditions, customization of culture conditions, drug exposure and flow cytometry panel.
